How to Become A Referee

Small Sided Referee Course:

This course is for youth ages 12 - 14 who wish to referee younger children in the U6 - U10 divisions.

Small Sided Referee is a paid position.

The British Columbia Soccer Association's Referee Education Program exists to support and foster the development and education of referees from the grassroots to elite levels of refereeing throughout British Columbia. The series of clinics within the program focus on teaching / up dating referees on the Laws of the Game and how to implement these laws on the field of play.
